Returns and Exchanges
All mail order items may be returned within 14 days of arrival (we will track your arrival date) as long as the item is unused and in the same condition it was shipped in for exchange or store credit only. We do not reimburse shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your item, please include the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped.
Simply Devine Finds does not keep stock on all items available. Many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. For this reason please allow 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately.
